Who You Are
  • You have 5+ years of HR experience , ideally in the hospitality or restaurant industry , supporting large multi-unit teams

  • You’re fluent in payroll and HRIS systems , and comfortable managing large employee rosters

  • You’ve handled onboarding, terminations, compliance, and employee relations independently

  • You are organized, reliable, and solutions-oriented , with a high sense of accountability and urgency

  • You thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment , and genuinely love working with people at all levels

  • You’re not just an HR professional — you’re a partner to the business and a trusted resource to both ownership and staff

  • You’re a self-starter who can take ownership and run with it, while also being collaborative and people-focused

  • You're based in NYC and available to work fully on-site at our Hudson Yards office, Monday through Friday (no remote or hybrid option)

Why Join Us?
  • You'll be part of a growing, future-focused company with over 35 concepts and counting

  • Work directly with ownership and executive leadership to make a real impact on how we grow

  • This is an opportunity to build and scale an HR department from the inside out — with your own systems, strategies, and ideas

  • Competitive salary of $130K–$160K , plus full benefits and opportunities for advancement as the company expands
