💼 Compensation: $130,000–$160,000 + Full Benefits
🕐 Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office (Monday–Friday, 50+ Hours/Week)

The OpportunityWe’re looking for a hands-on, highly motivated, and people-obsessed HR leader to join our team in a central role that will oversee and drive all HR, payroll, and people operations across our organization of 1,500+ employees .
This is a high-impact, one-person role reporting directly to ownership. You’ll be working from our Hudson Yards corporate office , embedded in the day-to-day of the company, with a seat at the table as we scale rapidly and continue opening new locations throughout the city and beyond.
This is not a back-office role — it’s a front-line leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment, and is ready to be fully engaged with every corner of our company.
Your ResponsibilitiesOversee all HR operations across 35+ locations, including compliance, payroll, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and documentation
Run corporate payroll processing and serve as point person for all payroll-related inquiries and improvements
Design, streamline, and execute onboarding and training processes for new hires across all departments
Provide ongoing support to GMs, department heads, and staff regarding employee relations, terminations, hiring procedures, and best practices
Act as a culture champion , reinforcing our values and ensuring consistent employee experience across every store and team
Develop and maintain all HR documentation, systems, and policies , ensuring compliance with all state and federal employment laws
Collaborate directly with ownership to shape HR strategy, define org charts, and implement scalable people systems
Stay up to date with changing labor laws, wage regulations, and compliance requirements specific to NYC and the hospitality industry
Support the development of engagement, recognition, and growth initiatives for a thriving and inclusive workplace
Help build infrastructure for future scale , including career pathways, internal mobility, and improved onboarding across all brands
You have 5+ years of HR experience , ideally in the hospitality or restaurant industry , supporting large multi-unit teams
You’re fluent in payroll and HRIS systems , and comfortable managing large employee rosters
You’ve handled onboarding, terminations, compliance, and employee relations independently
You are organized, reliable, and solutions-oriented , with a high sense of accountability and urgency
You thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment , and genuinely love working with people at all levels
You’re not just an HR professional — you’re a partner to the business and a trusted resource to both ownership and staff
You’re a self-starter who can take ownership and run with it, while also being collaborative and people-focused
You're based in NYC and available to work fully on-site at our Hudson Yards office, Monday through Friday (no remote or hybrid option)
