Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in administrative support and personal assistance. As an Entry Level Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our team manage daily operations, maintain schedules, and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for team members.
Assist in preparing documents and reports as needed.
Organize and maintain office files and records in an efficient manner.
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate individuals.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.
Support the team in organizing meetings and events, including logistics and catering.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
