Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at TOTALLY WIRELESS GROUP , you will be the face of our brand, providing excellent customer service while driving sales. You will assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs, all while providing an outstanding in-store experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and promotions.
Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis.
Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Basic computer skills.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
