Job Description

We are conducting a retained search for a Global Vice President of Human Resources to lead the HR function in an international company. This role is a key member of the leadership team and will have a hands-on approach to full-cycle HR for the company.

This is a complex environment with fewer than 200 employees across multiple countries. We’re looking for an HR leader who can wear many hats and effectively execute across the full spectrum of HR functions.

About the Role

  • Reports to: COO
  • Location: Onsite, full-time in Delray Beach
  • Travel to international locations is required

What You’ll Do

  • Lead global HR operations and full-cycle HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training, compliance, and development.
  • Oversee international payroll and benefits programs; lead initiatives to assess and streamline global payroll vendors and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
  • Recruit and mentor a global HR team, including hiring an international recruiter.
  • Serve as a partner to executive leadership and a trusted resource for key stakeholders globally.
  • Travel frequently to strengthen relationships and build cohesion across global offices.
  • Foster a high-performing, emotionally intelligent culture that values both legacy and new team members.
  • Thrive in an environment that prizes innovation, flexibility, and hands-on leadership.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A seasoned global HR executive with experience leading HR in fast-paced, complex international organizations.
  • Expertise in supporting highly compensated, variable-pay employee populations—experience with traders or revenue-generating teams is a strong plus.
  • A strategic, yet hands-on leader with a builder’s mindset and a willingness to roll up their sleeves.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, with high emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate tension and build influence.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adaptable to evolving business needs—flexible, pragmatic, and not rigidly process-driven.
