We are hiring a Paralegal to join our TN Team, focusing on U.S. employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions for Mexican professionals under the TN classification. This role supports attorneys and managers by preparing and filing petitions, communicating with clients, and ensuring compliance with TN-specific requirements under the USMCA framework. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of direct TN petition experience, are confident communicators, and can manage multiple client matters simultaneously. This position is remote or hybrid for Austin-based candidates.
