Job Summary: The Server at Hacienda Del Sol Resort is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. This individual will take food and beverage orders, serve food and drinks, and handle cash and credit card transactions. The server must also possess a thorough knowledge of the menu offerings and be able to make food and wine recommendations to guests. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders
• Ensure accuracy in taking orders and offer suggestions/recommendations
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Handle guest complaints or issues with utmost professionalism
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
