COMPANY

Our client is a fast-growing clinical research site network with over 30 locations across seven states. Their sites run Phase I–IV trials across multiple therapeutic areas including cardiology, metabolic disorders, renal, CNS, pulmonology, and vaccines. POSITION

The Senior Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to the CEO while also supporting the full executive leadership team (COO, CFO, CGO, CSO, and others). This on-site role requires someone with excellent judgment, impeccable organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing schedules, communication, and special projects. You'll be a trusted gatekeeper and problem solver in a high-impact position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements and travel logistics
• Oversee scheduling of meetings, appointments, and calendars for senior leaders
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming communications—filtering, prioritizing, and routing as needed
• Collaborate on and help manage projects, initiatives, and cross-functional tasks
• Provide executive-level administrative support and assist with office-wide administrative needs

QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years supporting senior executives (C-suite or VP level)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working across departments
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Experience in clinical research, healthcare, or biotech is a strong plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary: $90,000 – $100,000
• Location: On-site in Apex, NC (Monday–Friday)
• Travel: Up to 10%
