In this role, you will act as the technical partner to the sales team, ensuring customers understand the value and impact of advanced security solutions. You will engage directly with prospects and clients, translating complex technical details into clear business benefits and helping organizations strengthen their cybersecurity posture. Working closely with sales, marketing, support, and engineering, you will provide insights that shape customer success and future product development. This is a dynamic position that combines technical expertise, client-facing collaboration, and opportunities to influence product adoption on a large scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with prospective customers to assess security challenges and demonstrate how tailored solutions can meet their needs.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to a wide range of stakeholders, including executives and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product evolution.
  • Highlight potential risks and propose actionable solutions to improve client security environments.
  • Identify areas of improvement in a fast-paced environment, contributing to growth and operational efficiency.
  • Travel up to 25% to meet customers and support business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales engineering or a related role, with proven success in customer-facing technical engagements.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity and familiarity with security frameworks and industry standards.
  • Experience working with or within Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with malware analysis, threat intelligence, or sandbox tools; knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); experience with SIEM tools (Elastic, Splunk, etc.); familiarity with MSP tools such as RMMs and PSAs; background in building or implementing security programs.
