Job Title: Producer - WDBO Orlando Radio
Orlando’s WDBO has an immediate Fulltime opening for a Producer. The Producer will report to the Director of Branding and Programming. The Producer is responsible for guiding and coordinating the hiring of talk show producers and board operators, daily Producer of Orlando’s Morning News, content prep, recording, editing, hosting, and planning of daily and/or weekly and weekend shows. Responsible for the execution of live remotes, syndicated shows, breaking news and severe weather situations, and automation systems/scheduling. This person will be the fill-in host on various local on-air shows. This person must have strong organizational skills and be technically savvy. You must be able to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, provide exceptional client customer service, and be able to function in a fast-paced environment. Must have the ability to work in a team environment and communicate in a professional tone and be able to receive constructive criticism. This is a rare opportunity to be center stage on a heritage radio station.
