Introduction to the Role and Practice:
Centra is actively is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician/Pediatric Hospitalist to join its program in Lynchburg, VA. We provide 24/7, family centered care to children ages newborn to 18 years of age.

• Management of pediatric admissions
• Newborn care and rounding
• Provide pediatric consultations to the Emergency Room, to Child & Adolescent Psychiatric services, and to other specialties and community providers
• Education of FM residents, Medical students, PA students, and Allied Health professionals
• Participate in strategic quality and growth initiatives for service line

Required Qualifications

• Completion of medical degree and residency/fellowship training in Pediatrics
• MD/DO with certification by an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) board in physician's primary specialty. Must be board certified or in the process of certifying.
