Job Description

Description A well-established manufacturing company in Vista, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Coordinator to support their warehouse and logistics operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You'll work closely with the warehouse, customer service, and shipping teams to keep everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: + Process incoming orders and verify product availability + Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely picking and packing + Generate shipping labels and track outbound shipments + Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery updates + Maintain accurate records of inventory and order activity + Assist with returns, exchanges, and backorder management Requirements + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or business + 1-2 years of experience in order processing, fulfillment, or warehouse coordination + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Proficiency in inventory/order management systems (e.g., NetSuite, Fishbowl) + Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
