Regional Business Development Manager Representative – South Central Region or Southeast Region


ProHome is seeking a New Business Development Manager (BDM) for the South-Central or Southeast Region to lead the business development/sales efforts, and the acquisition of new Single-Family and Multi-Family clients within the assigned region This experienced results driven sales individual will focus identifying, qualifying, and engaging new leads and consistently converting them into ProHome clients. This position will require some travel throughout the assigned region, as well as attending various trade shows and scheduled meetings. 

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth ideally with experience selling services or products to the home builder community and leveraging their existing network of residential builders and developers within those industries . With a generous uncapped commission plan, this role has a healthy six-figure earning potential for proven sales performer.

Performance Responsibilities: 

  • Consistently Prospecting in person, through calls and emails, to generate leads.
  • Full responsibility for developing and maintaining a robust individual sales pipeline from lead generation through closing.
  • Use your network to generate new client contracts.
  • Attend trade shows, HBA events, and other networking opportunities during the day, evenings and potentially weekends.
  • Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the company, its values and growth philosophy as well as the residential construction industry.
  • Follow up on company and industry supplied leads as provided.
  • Maintain and update CRM activity for assigned region and provide regular updates to company leadership as requested.
  • Have a sound understanding of market intelligence within assigned region and provide insights and feedback to company leadership. 
  • As requested, stay engaged with closed business to help ensure client success.
  • Additional duties as determined by leadership to help drive sales success for the sales team.
  • Exceed quarterly targets, contributing to the success of the overall business. 

 

Performance Metrics:

  • Achievement of assigned regional Business Development Quota.
  • Consistently meeting minimum monthly metrics; including new leads, presentations, and signed contracts.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or similar work experience. 
  • Experience in the Home Construction sector is preferred.
  • Proven ability to achieve consistent sales results.
  • Highly effective at prospecting and generating qualified leads to convert into clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience working with a CRM platform and committed to using it.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management skills.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills.
  • A highly competitive, result-oriented mindset.
  • You must be willing to travel.
