Job Description

Mascot Media is transforming high-school athletics. We create digital platforms for schools that become the central hub for their athletic programs including schedules, rosters, real-time updates, game streaming, etc. Having been in business for over 20 years, we are already working with thousands of schools on a mission to be in every school across the nation.

Our Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales is responsible for generating revenue through digital advertising sales. This individual is highly motivated and organized with the ability to sell digital ads on multiple platforms with focus and emphasis on athletic team apps. This position will require the ability to successfully target, solicit, and close advertising customers consisting primarily of larger entities/businesses, corporations, and agencies for athletic digital media ranging from single schools to statewide or even national coverage. Ability to earn uncapped commission plus a base salary.

Responsibilities

Efficiently selling advertising over the phone or in person for all digital advertising inventory.

Researching companies for targeting purposes and assisting in the development and pricing of new digital advertising inventory. Must be a strong prospector.

Building, maintaining, and achieving a monthly/quarterly pipeline of qualified sales leads to achieve and exceed sales quotas.

Assisting in the continued development of a compelling sales pitch that is both value-driven and responsive to the clients’ needs.

Overcoming objections and negotiating advertising solutions while building trust with business owners to understand their business needs.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of sales experience and a history of achieving results.

Minimum 2 years of digital ad sales experience required.

Ability to establish, track, and achieve Sales goals.

Strong communication skills – ability to make charismatic zoom and in-person presentations.

Proven computer aptitude including proficiency with Microsoft Office products and marketing software such as Apollo or others.

Business Degree in Marketing; Advertising; Business; or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, advertising, or related field required with proven ability to produce results.

High School Diploma or GED required
