Must have an active California DRE Salesperson or Broker's License Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline • Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them Qualifications: • Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration • Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations • Must have active NMLS and reside in either California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Idaho, Texas, Florida, or Michigan • Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending preferred About Company: Our business model, which puts the customers first, Oceans Mortgage & Realty, has seen significant expansion in the last few years.
