What You'll Do:
Provide Evidence-Based Therapy: Utilize evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and support our members in achieving their goals.
Collaborate with a Team: Partner closely with psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers to provide comprehensive care.
Contribute to Innovation: Have the opportunity to pilot experimental therapy protocols and techniques.
Ongoing Learning: Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model.
Who You Are:
Licensed Therapist: You're a licensed LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC.
Experience with Trauma: Experience with pediatric trauma work is required.
EMDR Training: EMDR training is preferred.
Multi-State License: Licensure in Pennsylvania is required, and additional state licenses are a plus!
Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable and proficient in providing telehealth via video.
Team Player: You're organized, enthusiastic, and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
Warm and Engaging: You have a warm and engaging clinical style.
Passionate Advocate: You're passionate about helping kids and teens achieve their goals.
Flexible Availability: You're available to work evening hours, with potential opportunities to work Saturdays.
