Our client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Executive Director to lead their marketing strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance their brand presence and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to effectively position the company in the market.

  • Oversee marketing campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team performance.

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Experience in evaluating market trends and translating insights into actionable strategies.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
