About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining a healthy inventory, ensuring timely deliveries, and supporting the overall efficiency of our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain optimal inventory levels by placing merchandise orders up to preauthorized limits as stock decreases.

Assist in maintaining backup sources for high-demand items.

Investigate and resolve customer issues related to orders and deliveries.

Identify and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods.

Analyze inventory reports and order trends to determine items that require automatic, recurring delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Accurately record all incoming goods and outgoing shipments daily.

Assist in scheduling deliveries to ensure they arrive on time.

Support the billing process and handle order transfers as needed.

Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management software.

Strong keyboarding and data entry skills.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Basic math skills for handling inventory calculations.

Bilingual (English and Spanish)
