Position Overview:
The Junior Compositor works closely with experienced compositors to create high-quality visual effects shots for ReelShort Mobisode Series. Our pipeline is different from the traditional VFX pipeline. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be flexible with our fast turnarounds and eager to learn.

Stay updated with the latest developments in visual effect technology and techniques.
Troubleshoot technical issues in the compositing workflow.
Bachelor's degree in film, animation, visual effects, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a willingness to learn and seek guidance to overcome technical challenges encountered during the composting process.
Solid understanding of color theory, lighting, perspective, and composition, with a desire to learn how to create visually stunning and technically accurate composite shots.
Ability to take direction and feedback from supervisors and senior compositors and collaborate effectively with other members of the VFX team to achieve project goals.
Passion for visual effects and a desire to pursue a career in the VFX industry, with a commitment to learning and developing skills to advance in the field.
Skill set in Motion Graphic and Graphic Design is a plus.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Compensation : This position will be a monthly contractor role with a compensation range of $3,000 to $3,500 per month.
