We at Coforge are hiring for IT Support Engineer with the following skills:

  • Perform laptop imaging and deployment using standard tools and procedures.
  • Manage IT asset inventory, including tracking, auditing, and reporting.
  • Handle laptop shipping and receiving with proper documentation.
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding (account setup, access provisioning, hardware allocation).
  • Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network printers.
  • Perform basic networking tasks (IP configuration, connectivity checks, patching).
  • Reset Active Directory passwords and manage user accounts.
  • Install and update software applications in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to ensure high service availability and performance.
  • Monitor and respond to tickets via the IT helpdesk system in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support or desktop support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Active Directory and user account management.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
