Insight Global is hiring for several Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a growing team based out of Fairfield, OH. This Industrial Maintenance Technician will be joining one of the largest packaging facilities in North America, helping troubleshoot a variety of automated machinery, motors, conveyors, packaging lines, and related manufacturing equipment. We are seeking individuals with a growth mindset, enjoy being cross-trained, and are seeking an organization to join long-term.
Currently we have new openings being created to support our 2nd & 3rd shift operations:
2nd Shift (2:30PM - 11PM)
3rd shift (11:00PM - 7:30AM)
Shifts will either be Sunday to Thursday, or Tuesday to Saturday
We have mid-to-senior level openings on this maintenance division. Depending on experience starting hourly rate is between $25.00 to $35.00 hourly.
Desired Skills & Experience:
-Strong mechanical background, 2+ years supporting industrial machinery or manufacturing equipment
-Experience with gearboxes, valves, control systems, pneumatics, hydraulics or related
-Comfortable starting on either 2nd or 3rd shift depending on preference, OT is available
Plusses:
PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen Bradley)
Any Electrical experience (ACDC, 480V or similar)
