Job Description

Salary: $91,800 - 151,600 per year Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in supporting business technology systems is required.
  • Seven years of experience in supporting HR technology systems (Workday) is preferred.
  • Five years of experience specifically in supporting HCM and/or Recruiting within the Workday System is preferred.
  • Experience implementing or supporting HiredScore is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in corporate and job-specific technology as it evolves (e.g., hardware, software, applications, and systems tools).
  • Advanced analytical thinking skills to identify future problems or opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Advanced relationship management skills, fostering productive networks to meet goals and achieve results.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Advanced facilitation and teamwork abilities, working effectively in interdependent situations.
  • Experience in conflict management, bringing conflicts into the open and resolving them collaboratively.
  • Change management skills, maintaining focus amid ambiguity or demanding situations.
  • Ability to identify, assess, manage, and take intelligent risks to meet objectives.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leadership to develop long-term strategies that address evolving business and technical needs.
  • Assess and communicate the impacts of changes in the business and technology environment.
  • Cohesively bring together diverse stakeholder groups to drive consensus and establish a shared understanding between customers and the solution delivery team.
  • Handle all aspects of a specific system/application's life cycle, including evaluation of enhancement requests, requirements development, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of system documentation.
  • Anticipate and identify proactive system opportunities to meet business needs based on comprehensive knowledge of business capabilities and products.
  • Leverage business acumen to recommend operational process improvements for projects and system enhancements.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on business value, risks, and constraints.
  • Develop requirement work plans, identify task dependencies, and determine resource skill requirements.
  • Support risk management and change management initiatives.
  • Validate that the solution aligns with business capabilities and objectives.
  • Maintain current state documentation of systems and processes, ensuring the development of training materials.
  • Lead troubleshooting and defect resolution processes, managing resources and overseeing ticket management.
  • Proactively communicate the status of enhancements, change requests, and defects.
  • Simultaneously support multiple projects and perform other responsibilities as assigned.
