Job Overview
Seeking a results-driven Human Capital Management (HCM) Training Specialist to deliver and optimize training for Workday. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering engaging HCM and talent acquisition training across multiple methods, ensuring agency staff are equipped to utilize new HR solutions and performance management tools.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver in-person, virtual, and multimedia training for (Workday) and HR programs
Train agency recruiters on talent pool optimization, interviewing, hiring, and best practices using Workday
Research and apply best practices for continuous program improvement
Analyze program data and produce narrative and visual reports/presentations
Update training materials, exercises, and exams to incorporate system changes and feedback
Conduct instructor-led and hands-on training using HRA systems and LMS platforms
Support LMS administration, enrollments, and user requests
Respond to HR program and training inquiries from a range of stakeholders
Perform other related administrative and training tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED and 3+ years job-related HR experience (or equivalent HR Specialist 2 experience or combination)
2+ years' experience delivering training through multiple delivery methods
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
Technological aptitude and ability to learn and utilize HR and analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Workday Core HCM, Compensation, and Talent Management in an HR department as administrator or trainer
HRIS systems training experience
