Experienced Freight Dispatcher & Driver Recruiter (Remote)

Truck Driver Nation, based in Roselle, Illinois, is seeking an experienced Freight Dispatcher with a proven track record in recruiting new owner-operators. This remote role combines dispatching expertise with driver recruiting responsibilities, making it perfect for a seasoned professional ready to keep our trucks moving and grow our driver network.

What You'll Do:

Dispatch loads for owner-operators, ensuring timely booking, tracking, and delivery coordination.
Recruit new owner-operators to expand our network, leveraging your expertise to attract top talent.
Place drivers with trucking companies as a driver recruiter when needed, matching candidates to opportunities.
Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and clients via phone, email, and text to maintain smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records, update CRM systems, and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations.

Requirements:

You must speak fluent English and Write English
Proven experience as a freight dispatcher with a strong background in recruiting new owner-operators.
Ability to place drivers with companies as a driver recruiter, ensuring the right fit for both parties.
An American phone line for reliable communication with drivers and clients.
High-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
A noise-canceling headset to ensure clear, professional communication.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency with load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop), CRM systems, and Google Workspace.
