Salary: $91,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking candidates for the Epic Application Analyst (I, II, or III) roles in Lumens Endoscopy based on their experience and qualifications. For this position, it's essential to possess the following skills:
• Understanding of endoscopy department workflows and image capture processes.
• Familiarity with quality metrics related to endoscopy.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Flexibility in response to changing business needs of end users.
• Ability to recognize tasks that require completion and a willingness to take on additional assignments and assist others.
• Clear and concise communication skills with project leadership and subject matter experts.
• Capability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with Epic counterparts.
• Eagerness to learn new software and systems.
• Excellent listening skills, ensuring accurate understanding before responding.
• Ability to logically analyze information from various sources to identify issues and strategize for resolution.
• Perseverance in challenging situations, overcoming barriers, and performing at a high level under stress and time constraints.

• As the Epic Application Analyst for Lumens Endoscopy, you will serve as the primary support point for the Epic applications and will be responsible for:
• Guiding the design of workflows and building, testing, and analyzing the system.
• Addressing technical challenges associated with Epic and other integrated software.
