Job Description

Role: End User Computing (EUC)/Support Engineer

Location: Cleveland, OH

Duration: 6+ Months

Prefer Local candidate or who can come onsite from Day 1 (5 days onsite a week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and standard office applications.
• Support AV systems, printers, and other end-user devices.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and support documentation.
• Collaborate with other IT teams for issue escalation and resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in End User Computing or Help Desk Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote desktop tools.
• Experience with hardware diagnostics and repair.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.

Preferred:

• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP, or similar.
• Experience in enterprise-level support environments.
