Distribution Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Dallas, TX | Onsite (I-30 & Buckner; Border of Dallas & Mesquite)
Compensation & Schedule
• $65,000–$68,000/year
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturdays 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (rotating shifts)

ROLE IMPACT
This is a physically demanding, floor-based leadership role in a non-climate-controlled warehouse handling ornamental metals. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll drive team performance and productivity through hands-on leadership—pulling orders, loading heavy product, and managing daily shipping/receiving operations. Your success directly supports safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in a high-volume distribution setting.
KEY DUTIES
• Supervise and participate in shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations
• Hire, coach, discipline, and develop warehouse staff across departments
• Maintain safe work practices and ensure compliance with company guidelines
• Lead daily shift meetings and enforce productivity expectations
• Open/close the facility and approve payroll and attendance tracking
• Oversee loading, quality checks, and inventory movement
• Collaborate with office and front counter staff to ensure accurate order processing
• Monitor supply usage and execute end-of-day shipment completion tasks
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience in shipping/receiving or production
• Demonstrated success in hiring, firing, coaching, and supervising teams
• Experience in non-climate-controlled environments and manual labor-intensive roles
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the shift
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Non-climate-controlled warehouse (extreme heat/cold exposure)
• Heavy lifting and manual labor with metal materials
• Physically demanding; majority of day spent on warehouse floor
• Must be open to rotating schedules including early, late, and Saturday shifts
• Background check required (no theft or violent offenses)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing or metal distribution
• Familiarity with internal shipping systems and quality control processes
• Stable work history (minimal job-hopping preferred)
