We’re looking for a skilled and passionate chef who can take the lead in preparing delicious tandoori appetizers and Indian-style marinated dishes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook tandoori items and Indian appetizers with precision and consistency Handle marination using traditional Indian spices and techniques Maintain hygiene and safety standards in a commercial kitchen environment Manage kitchen prep and cooking during service hours Collaborate with management on menu planning and improvements Maintain inventory and assist with ingredient sourcing when required Requirements: Proven experience in a commercial kitchen (minimum 1 year preferred) Expertise in tandoor cooking and Indian marination/spice use Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, small-team environment Punctual, reliable, and professional Available to work Tuesday to Sunday (exact hours can be discussed) Why Work With Us?
