Job Description

With our growing sales force, Lone Star Distributions, Needs door to door canvassers/ lead specialists!! No selling!! Setting appointments directly for our reps. Must dress sharp, be outspoken, charismatic, energetic and confident. Workdays are Monday through Friday. Our base salary is $900 weekly per company agreement plus bonuses and 3 to 4 company sponsored vacations per year. Apply today start tomorrow.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Effectively navigate assigned territories to engage with potential clients.
• Set up appointments for prospective customers with our sales team.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and image that aligns with the company’s values and standards.
• Use provided scripts to communicate the value of products and services accurately.
• Provide feedback to management on customer interactions and opportunities for improving engagement strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to hone skills and improve performance.
• Handle rejection professionally and continue daily tasks with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• No specific educational requirement; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Entry-level position; no previous job experience required.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role involving public interaction is beneficial.
• Strong ability to set appointments and manage personal schedules effectively.
• Highly approachable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the day.
