We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Collections Manager Trainee to join our growing team in the auto finance industry! This role offers a great opportunity for professional growth as we continue expanding across the U.S.

### What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support regarding their auto loan accounts.
- Assist customers in resolving payment issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Escalate unresolved concerns to office supervisors as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's database.
- Prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities.

### What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) candidates preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in collections or handling past-due accounts is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-time availability: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
