Position Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Admin/Coordinator to support the accounting team in Pomona, CA. This position is ideal for someone with construction industry experience who can manage AP processes, ensure documentation compliance, and support project teams with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate has experience with Vista by Viewpoint, understands lien releases and certified payroll, and brings a proactive, team-first attitude.
