We are currently seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and ensure smooth daily operations for our residents and staff. This is a weekend position- every Saturday and Sunday from 9am-5:30pm. Responsibilities
    Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and vendors * Maintain organized files and records in accordance with facility policies and state regulations * Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communication * Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents * Support the Business Office Manager with billing, payroll, and data entry * Order and manage office supplies and assist with inventory tracking * Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred) * Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience (healthcare or senior living preferred) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment * Compassionate and respectful demeanor toward seniors and their families If you are the right candidate, then we definitely want to hear from you!
